Between our five, Stemwinder Dr. properties, we're operating twenty-five bedrooms and twenty-two bathrooms! The best part? All the properties are within 400m of one another; 124 Stemwinder Dr., 137 Stemwinder Dr., 152 Stemwinder Dr. and 300 Stemwinder Dr. (unit 410 and 411). So, we can very comfortably accommodate a group of 24-32 guests with everyone in real beds (not pull-out sofas).

Yes! Our BAR (Best Available Rate) is always received when you search for open dates and book our properties directly off our Book Direct Site. This is a real-time, secure booking site and your reservation will be confirmed immediately once your 50% deposit is processed.

Yes! On average, it will cost you 10-15% more to book through Airbnb or VRBO. These platforms are awesome as they allow you to compare many properties. However, they do charge a Service Fee to both their clients (YOU) and their hosts (Simply Kimberley). We mark up our Airbnb/VRBO pricing by 5% to encourage our clients to use our Direct Booking Site to secure your ideal condo, chalet or lodge with Simply Kimberley.

Our two condos (Kimberley Ridge 410 and 411) are considered ski-in/out as they are located about 50m from the Owl Learning area (AKA the bunny hill serviced by the T-bar). The Stemwinder Drive houses are as close to the quad chair as you can get for a house, they're still a 5-10 minute walk. Our Stemwinder Chalet guests have access to two * ski lockers exclusively for their use. We also provide a ice-fishing sled (big black toboggan that can be pulled over to the ski hill) for our family groups.

Our property portfolio consists of five Stemwinder Drive (the resort base road) properties. This includes two ski-in/out condos (Kimberley Ridge 410 and 411) plus three stand-alone properties (The Stemwinder Chalet, The Woods on Stemwinder and The Stemwinder Lodge). Yes! Apart from our condos, all of our properties have wood-burning stoves or fireplaces and every property has a private hot tub. These hot tubs are professionally maintained between guests. We know how important it is to have a relaxing soak while on holiday.

At this time, we only manage one other property for awesome owners (The Woods on Stemwinder). Simply Kimberley is a boutique hospitality and tourism company and we really focus on providing our valued clientele the very best experience we're able. In short, we don't want to be spread too thin.

No. Unlike in Alberta, a vehicle can not be licensed for liquor consumption, sorry.

Simply Kimberley operates on a per-person cost based on course, group size, pick-up location (where you're staying) and whether we're packaging your golf with our lodging and tee time bookings. For Kimberley groups, our shuttle rates range from $15 to $40 per person, per round, for return transportation.

Yes! We are often able to run one of our fleet vehicles up the valley for an 18 or 36-hole day. It does take one of our fleet vehicles out of our rotation for the day so the price really increases.

Yes! We operate five fleet vehicles out of Kimberley and cater to groups of 4 to 144 golfers. Preferential shuttle booking is provided to our lodging clients but if we can, we'll provide shuttles for our non-lodging clients as well. Just fill out the Contact Us form and we'll be in touch.

Yes, Simply Kimberley is able to provide shuttles to YXC (Cranbrook), YYC (Calgary) or FCA (Kalispell). Note, we do not operate on a schedule and our vehicles are private charter only and must be booked in advance. Our minimum rate to/from Kimberley and YXC is $175 + gratuity and tax.

Yes! We operate the black beauty. This is a 14-passenger Executive Transit with leather seats, USB ports, tinted windows and reclining seats. For golf groups or larger ski groups, we bring along an enclosed trailer to create additional storage space. You can see our charter transportation rates here.

Yes! We do wedding safe shuttles throughout the East Kootenay. We do pay our drivers a premium for the late-night work (which gets passed along to our clients). One option that we recommend is to have your guests drive themselves to your wedding venue and leave their vehicles there. We can then get everyone home safely and run our shuttle back out the next day at set times for your guests to retrieve their vehicles.

For the 2024 season, our golf shuttle service is preferentially provided to those groups who have booked lodging with us. While we'd like to continue to offer our golf shuttle for all visitors, we have limited capacity and will provide a guaranteed shuttle service for our clients who are staying with us.

We'll then get back to you with pricing and build your Transportation Itinerary. NOTE: we can also package your green fees / tee times at no mark up as we're set up as a wholesale tour operator with our partner courses.

We have a 24-passenger bus, a 16-passenger bus, a 14-passenger Executive Transit van and an 11-passenger Transit van. All four can be chartered simultaneously for larger groups. We can also charter additional 56-passenger luxury coaches for larger groups.

Yes! For most of our groups, we book your tee times at our seven local courses and package with our lodging and golf shuttle. Apart from a couple courses that do not pay reasonable commissions, we do not mark up the green fees. And, we do provide discounted shuttle rates for our groups that we're packaging lodging and tee times for.

Yes! We're set up as a wholesale tour operator for Kimberley Alpine Resort (and Fernie/Kicking Horse too). We package discounted lift tickets saving you at least 10% off the window rate when we book your accommodations. You'll get an automated email from us with rates and the booking process once your lodging reservation is confirmed with Simply Kimberley. Your multi-day lift tickets (3+ days) can also be used at the other local RCR resorts of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort or Fernie Alpine Resort.
